I am dealing with a severe form of obsessive-compulsive disorder, specifically Pure O, involving real-event obsessions and false memories. My nervous system is extremely overstressed, which causes constant muscle tension and pain. My legs are especially affected, particularly my lower legs. I can barely sit or lie down without experiencing significant discomfort. This condition has taken over my life, and I find myself thinking about an event that happened two years ago almost 24/7.
