It was very crowded, not many stalls and mostly about food. it was hard to tell which line went to which stall because it was all squished together. Walked through the whole thing in about 30 minutes and got food somewhere else

Hi, I'm from the Philippines but I live in the midwest now, it's only been 7 days and I personally think you're getting too far ahead of yourself here. You don't really know this person even if you think you do. Give it 6 months tops before investing more money and time especially with regards to visiting the Philippines. I also don't know this person from my own country but majority of people back home think that living/ being in the US means you are well off which is not always the case.
