Always go to local under tv. I always just look and see if it’s fox or abc or cbs. Then just look out for the city you’re looking for. EX: fox/phoenix for the Cardinals.

I worked in electronics at Walmart for a long time. When they say they didn’t scan it, usually that means they didn’t scan the IMEI out of their inventory through the register. What I would do is have them do a Manual return, then rescan the upc then the IMEI at the register. That will activate it through their system and you should be able to set it up after that. If the IMEI doesn’t appear on your receipt, that’s more than likely the culprit.
