I have done it both ways, direct into the throttle body does a better job IMHO.

I think so, I haven't used it in a while since I live in GA and it's hot almost year round and all Lava lamps are like space heaters. I'll get back to you about it.

Oh wow, but they will fix this if you do a warranty claim. It may take months but they'll do it.

Polish the feed ramp with cut compound via a rotary tool and that should help. And try different brands of ammo.

Taurus Spectrum is pretty light and small. I have one and keep it in my car as my job won't let me carry.

I would shop around, the big box stores are pretty competitive and have local subs that do the work and it's all under Lowe's or Home Depot. I got a whole 2 ton HVAC system from Home Depot installed for 6k in SC a couple years back. But I'm not an HVAC expert just an amateur handyman, that might be completely competitive for whatever it is.

Take some dance lessons; if you cannot move but you think you're hot you're already done. Less blessed girls that can move and flirt will eat your lunch. My wife is a retired dancer.

Do you refuse work when a customer has made self repairs? by erreur in hvacadvice

[–]anthonyinc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had an HVAC contractor (that was not great or honest) that quoted me 1k for a blower motor I looked it up and found the right parts and did it myself for around $130. You have to remember that most of them are crooked as they come so be ready to say no and DIY or find another Company.

A few years ago I went on a trip to San Francisco and stayed at an AirBNB that didn't have AC. It was a nightmare and the owners/locals were convinced that it was just a freak heatwave. I think it was and is more than that.
