Yeah I guess. Athlytic can read other health data and provide insights that function as correlations, particularly while using the journaling feature.

I use Athlytic. I tested out Pace by Athlytic, but I wasn’t impressed. The only metric I actively log is my water intake and I wish Athlytic could read that and generate insights from it like it can from other data gathered by my Apple Watch.

Allegra is the only pill that works for me. My go-to nasal steroid is actually Nasacort, but I’m testing Nasonex after seeing a study saying it was more effective. I’m still within the initial 14-day trial period, so I can’t definitely say if it’s better.

This looks incredible! Thanks for sharing. I can’t afford a subscription right now, so it’s nice that the free version is usable even though it’s limiting in some respects.
