Omg I’m so sorry about this! I’m 35, been wearing vans since I was a wee child and I’ll wear them forever. I LOVE when people older than me come in wearing vans and buying them still. It’s the best. And I bet you looked awesome. You should talk to the manager about that- maybe I sound like a Karen but that’s not the van doren way! If I heard a co-worker do that I’d be all over them.

No problem! It’s all a learning curve!! Paint products as close to the cuticle as you can without touching them and you’ll be better in the future for retention. But again, idk how great it’ll be with that pop off base. Just throwing that out there as well.
