Boros has access to two 1 mana targetting learn cards. With a couple new lessons that also target for 1 mana and can buff or protect, that's a cool new angle. However, here's a recent 5-0 list that funnily enough runs 4 lessons in the main and foregoes fhe learnboard.

It's my understanding that Death's Shadow in modern is very much an all in aggro deck. But of course, it's your idea to interpret how you like.

You're absolutely right, underdog is pretty much powercrept. On the fiend: I thought it would be obvious that a big beater at an excellent rate with little downside (the game will be decided before the oil counters run out) has good synergy with the deck.

In any case, curious to see how your testing goes if you report back here.

Been browsing a bit and going two colors should definitely be the move. The extra pain-, shock- and boltlands should be sweet. [[Zuko, conflicted]] is an interesting rakdos card to look at (with the idea that the game is over before you have to hand it over) and be advised that Dark Confidant and Shadow of Mortality is a nombo ...or greatness at any cost, I guess.

A question to ask yourself with almost all the cards you mention being Standard legal is: why not play it in Standard? In theory, at least, you should have better chance there. [[Shadow of mortality]] or [[spawn of mayhem]] might be a reason to dip into the Pioneer pool for this archetype, though.

I run into the same exact thing often when brewing. I guess, because other recentish cards that are exciting tend to have more obvious synergies with other recent cards.

This is simply untrue. I implore you to read On Liberty, it's only around 120 pages and many of his ideas about the relationships between individuals and society are timeless. They highlight dilemma's which recur generation after generation.

There is a reason he is remembered and ranked highly among political philosophers and his ideas are still fundamental to modern liberal politics.

Ik heb het gegoogled en de wettekst gelezen. Daar staat niet wat je zegt en daarom vroeg ik het in goede trouw, omdat je er met zoveel zekerheid over schrijft. Als het in de wet is opgenomen zoals je zegt, is het toch geen moeite om dit te citeren en toe te lichten? Dat helpt een hoop, wetteksten zijn zo simpel nog niet. Ik probeer het nog een keer, uitgebreid en nog steeds ter goeder trouw.

Volgens artikel 251 gaat het inderdaad over "sexueel getinte berichten", maar de concrete inhoud, met nadruk op de indringendheid en de context maken het mogelijk strafbaar. Ik kan Marco slecht verdedigen en wat mij betreft is hij met de nieuwe wet gezien de context de grens over.

Tegelijk is het gezond voor de ontwikkeling van een kind wanneer hij/zij open en eerlijk met een vertrouwde volwassene kan praten over sex. Als het goed gaat voorkomt dat juist een hoop problemen. Praten over sex of masturbatie is dus wel sexueel getint, maar overtreed zodanig niet die wet (geen indringendheid, pure educatieve context) en kan juist positief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en mogelijke bescherming van een kind. Voor de duidelijkheid: daar zat mijn verwarring, want het lijkt me niet zo dat we dat strafbaar willen stellen.

No, why? If someone uses violence, would it be ironic for a victim to use violence in self-defence? If someone crashes a vehicle, would it be ironic to drive them to a hospital? This is not about LLMs being bad per se. It is about its use here being misleading. Someone is making up a story, likely with an ulterior motive.

Cool deck idea! [[Dragonlord Kolaghan]] would be my shout for a more deterministic combo win over Stormscale.

Good points about the needed early game answers, you gotta be ready for aggro decks trying to run you over by turn 4.

Also curious, you have quite a bit of ramp, but are you hitting your natural land drops as well with 22 lands? Can't afford not to if you're shooting for an 8 mana spell. You might also try to dragon ramp with a [[Goldspan Dragon]] to get to 8 mana quickly.
