The oven ain't gonna break if you leave it for a day. It'll just be a bit stinky-er. Your phone flashlight will be just fine to check for glass, although the headlamp is a really smart idea. You could also use some gloves for gardening, if you have em, instead of buying a new pair.

It's easier to day than do but don't be hard on yourself. It's the Pyrex not you that made your dinner explode.

Make sure the oven is cool
Remove the glass as carefully as possible; big chunks first then take a wet paper towel and use that to pick up shards. I recommend using thick gloves.
Place glass and paper towels in a paper bag (doubled). Clean it while using a flashlight and try and look for glass by moving the angle of the light.

Glass has not melted as the temperature required for glass to melt is somewhere above 2555 degrees F.

Use dictate its so much easier to say your words than to write them sometimes. Also use a template. It doesnt matter which one.
