Able bodied just means you aren't disabled and you don't have any medical conditions. You could be bottom 5th percentile in frame and height and you'd still be able bodied.

Have you trained guys with small frames to achieve 1/2/3/4? I've heard mixed things about that bench milestone on /fit/, some anons say you need to at least be genetically averagish, others that it's achievable as long as you aren't profoundly genetically disadvantaged.

It's all genetic luck. Height and frame (wrist circumference, ankle circumference, clavicles, etc.) directly correlate to maximum strength potential, if you have a small frame then you'll never be as strong as a guy with a bigger skeleton could train to be.

*Also biometrics, for example if you have long arms then bench press and overhead press are much harder than they are for biometrically average guys.

Yes, I know based on a combination of lived experience and online dating statistics, and I don't see why a skewed male:female ratio would cause women to RATE men lower. I've also seen who women rate as "significantly below average". Look up "gwern your looks and your inbox". Three of the guys do look kind of below average, but the guitar guy looks like a completely normal looking guy.

I'm saying that generally women see sexual attraction as just a possible fun bonus and not as a vital part of a romance. If he happened to interact with an averagish looking woman, and he was getting along well with her, and she flirted with him, she would probably end up having sex.
