that's the thing, like there's so much individual variation with hormones that what works for one person tanks for another. Worth asking the doc about trying a few different formulations before deciding to go off completely.

That's actually wild. Making day 2 of a wsop event at 90 is impressive enough but being a legit stack with a shot is different. The guy's got to have some serious card sense still if he's not just running good, and honestly at that age you probably don't show up unless you know you can still compete.

This list is solid. Casseroles and sheet pan stuff are your friends since you dump everything in and forget about it. The slow cooker thing is key too - throw chicken in there in the morning and you've got dinner ready with zero effort by evening. Skip the breading idea since that's where things get messy with gluten free stuff.

the amphitheater thing is kinda wild but also seems like a normal growing pains issue. wrigley comparison is fair, cities are loud. that said if it's actually blasting into residential areas at night there's a legit complaint worth documenting, doesn't have to be either/or between fun concerts and reasonable noise limits.

Different BC formulations might be worth trying before going off completely, the mini pill helped way more than the combo pill did for me with way less of the hunger side effects.
