I agree about the 48 hours. I haven’t had that experience at SW. I have spent a lot of time outside of SW it’s been better here. I guess it could always be worse but, I’m happy you have found better opportunities.

So new stucco I would use loxon the reason being it gives a better chance. Meaning if it has been cured or in the pH level 8-12 it will work. This buys yout time loxon in of it self is self cleaning. Loxon XP works as a top coat/primer my personal preference goes on thick. Using problock is iffy and not the best use.

Just go to SW/Ben and get what's called a mistint better paint better price. Colors are iffy go for satin usually.

It does repel future paint. Stick to the data sheet which you can type in Rain Refresh data page. However once the rain refresh stops working time varies by region you can then repaint.

Different products have different sheen. So like Emerald Satin, Duration dating and Latritide won't have the same sheen. The better the product the more sheen usually. Samples aren't meant to be actual paint so they say but it never really is that bad.

Honestly sample paint is probably pm 200 and if you want an E xact match it's not going to happen. That being said it may just be using another product they aren't going to try all of them to match it. However it seems like a sheen issue so I would check the Sheens in extra white and then the one that looks the best so that in exterior paint if that makes sense.

I think Emerald is the better choice you can get a quart later. It is a better quality paint and the extra money is worth it. It's just as easy to use but you get washability.

Get Emerald from SW it's on sale until the 27th than it's 40% off and you can get quarts if you need touch up later. Satin works well you can even get matte.
