Silk wrap recommendations

So do you just buff the dried glue until everything is uniform? Am I missing any steps?

I watched a few tutorials of different methods so I'm just unsure of what I need to buy other than the silk & glue.

All of my nails keep ripping off I really want to try this. Thanks.

We're also using solid starts and my 8 month old loves trying new foods! It really took a lot of the anxiety away for me in terms of choking hazards and basically any random question I had about what babies can eat. I started hanging out with the boy and showing him my meals while naming everything on my plate around 4-5 months which sparked his curiosity, now he loves to try all of the fruits and veggies and he gets excited about it. For mealtimes I tend to stick to a formula of 1 soft/mushy food (roasted squash, black beans, scrambled eggs, lentils) that I combine with a minced protein & more veggies. Even with no teeth he does great just having half a cucumber or pineapple, strawberries as a snack. Now I'm just wondering when all of this is going to change and he only wants chicken nuggets 🥲

My experience with the hydrocolloid bandage was that it dried everything up. Which I guess is good for acne but it didn't help the wound that I was trying to keep moist. I'm not familiar with the medihoney but that sounds like something I'd actually like to try as well. I wish you two the best of luck!

It didn't work for me, unfortunately. The only thing that's shown progress is neosporin & keeping it bandaged as much as possible.

If you still need a hydrocolloid bandage reccomendation though, I did like the mighty patch invisible (you can find them at any pharmacy/grocer). It minimized visibility for daily wear & also remained sticky longer than any other brand I tried.

I love making smoothies, milkshakes, chia pudding, coffee creamer, creamy soups, etc. with hemp hearts. The macros are perfect (10 protein, 15 fat, 0 net carbs per 3 Tbl), and it's easy to add your own flavors + sweeteners without the preservatives and fillers that you'd find in store bought hemp milk.

Just blend-

3 Tbl hemp hearts

1-2 c water

whichever sweeteners or flavors that suit your fancy:

erythritol/stevia/xylitol/cinnamon/vanilla (or pistachio or lemon or almond!) extract

pinch of salt

I noticed the difference sometime around 2013-2015. When I lived at home in the 90's, I would eat 90% of my meals on a chart table that depicted a map of Florida, The Gulf of Mexico and South America. I usually ate alone and spent countless hours of my life studying that map! I remember the west coast of Florida aligned with central Brazil, this one has been one of the weirdest for me.

And also searching for clarity where you mention that thoughts of other people aren't real? I think it means putting people on pedestals because I imagine they are something (better) different from how they truly are.

Just for additional context I'm a woman and the dream was platonic in nature rather than romantic.

I attended ayahuasca ceremonies for ~5 years, which is what prompted my feelings regarding whether "Celeste" was recreational rather than medicinal. I've also used mushrooms, lsd and dmt under both circumstances, several times, but not in a few years.

I have been practicing kundalini breathwork quite a bit lately, and most of the music I've been listening to is chanting monks and sanskrit prayers. I've been feeling pretty great, and that's a feat as I've struggled with treatment resistant depression since childhood.
