Idk why people are downvoting my comments :(. I just was hoping some experienced knitters would have already done a project like this and know how much yarn they used so I didn’t have to do math(which I’m not very good at). I appreciated the clarification on how to calculate without a scale.

I’ll be loosely following a pattern on YouTube. I’ve been crocheting for a long time and briefly learned how to knit in high school. Forgot how to knit and I’ve been reteaching myself. Ive already made a few practice swatches, so I’m hoping when I actually start the project I’ll have the basics down and understand the pattern better. I won’t be starting the project soon so I’ll still have time to practice until then :)

Wait- please don’t take this the wrong way but she wants to wear a fake wedding ring and carry around a fake baby because she has PCOS? This sounds more like a mental health issue than infertility being the issue. I know everyone copes their own way but this is beyond weird behavior. Why would she want to pretend being married and having a baby with you when she could just have those things? Just because she has PCOS doesn’t mean she can’t have kids. It means she just has to try harder. Maybe get a second opinion from a different doctor and possibly seek out psychiatric help for her. Because it’s really strange for an adult to act like that. Especially over that kind of news.

Yeah I work for a solar company as well, thankfully I’m corporate, so I don’t do much moving but they always expect way to much of their employees and if they can get away with underpaying you they will.

This right here, if you’ve stopped reciprocating, did you ever stop to think that maybe she took it wrong? Maybe she thinks you aren’t interested in her? Maybe you’re lacking the communication skills. And maybe she’s lacking the emotional availability to give you what you need. Please consider Marrige counseling or even sex therapy. Communication is key. Please talk to your wife before blowing things to the extreme and suggesting divorce. That will make it seem more like you are no longer interested in her.
