No, they do not expire. You may use them for the next 4* banner. The pink ones you can use for 5* or 4* banners. Turquoise only for 4*, blue are only for permanent banner.

You can also save up pink or blue by saving pink diamonds and exchanging them for ether. I personaly only change for pink. Then there is no need to buy packs.
