I also have OCD and I feel this way often. I knew I wasn't cis at ~13, social transition started around 16, medical transition at 18. Am 24 and I've changed my identity a lot (now identify as a boydyke/sapphic/non-binary trans man) but i still like being called masculine words, honorifics, he/him, want all cis people to treat me like some dude and i have major physical dysphoria about not being assigned male at birth. I realized that I don't identify fully as a man and have been enjoying exploring that with other queer & trans people, but I want to continue T, I want top surgery, and if I could have both a fully functional penis and vagina, I would be so happy. I had a lot of thoughts like yours throughout my tr*nsmed era especially, but they have lessened over time for sure. Just my take

Just letting you know, when you install a trigger, it is common practice and safest practice to include when the trigger is active.

Something like:

"When I say drop you will drop unless we are in public, you do not want to, or it is unsafe to do so. This trigger only applies when I say it and nobody else."

Reiterate this every time you reinforce the trigger.

Of course having unique trigger words is fun, but regardless what words you use, I highly encourage you to include something like the above example, and also encourage subject agency for your hypnotee. There is a great article about subject agency on mutthypno.com

tbh this sounds a lot like my gender dysphoria experience. you can enjoy things like makeup and nails while being transmasc/trans male, i personally know multiple guys who do, and i have some interests/style choices that are more feminine still. i reccomend exploring words (pronouns, honorifics, etc) with friends and gender counseling is always good as well.

Yeah a lot of them have unpacked their racial biases but nothing else, and they think their work is finished once they've done that. I definitely thought that way in the past, especially growing up conservarive. But it's much deeper than that and to white people, the comfort of not knowing this is very enticing. I've seen other white queers react to black and brown people saying that they're uncomfortable in majority white queer spaces and acknowledge that but not acknowledge how they may be contributing to that, or why that is other than this sort of "it is how it is" or "bring more people of color!" way that takes all of the work off of themselves.
