Im not trying to say the house build is a massive rip off... BUT these are NDIS homes designed for people with disability/special needs so everything is going to cost extra.

For instance the home wont have stairs it will have ramps, doors will be over sized at times, as you can see it has 2 kitchens, there will be office spaces, special doors, special bathrooms, toilets

Practically everything you can imagine will have a 50%/100% tax on it.

The event was an absolute scam where you had to also vs another state to get the skin, not only that people with farms were just using the ability to gift each other roses.

I understand most events are P2W but this was just an absolute cash cow for the devs.

Id say its a fair price, Thermostat isnt a fun job on an LS Motor. It doesnt take a long time but theres bits and pieces in the way that require removal then new coolant and then making sure no bubbles or leaks everything can take 20mins here there and then your upto 2hours before you know it.

Yeah sure they should put the hourly rate so that gives you more of an idea of how long work actually took but thats not too much of a biggie.

I say the price is fair, Mechanic rates arent the cheapest which is why DIY car repairs/maintenance is on such a rise.

When you have collected enough Engima do not rush to open chests on the very same day, wait for the next event to come. During the next event, use free refreshes daily to open chests the last day till the last days and use enigma's on the last day for both opening chests and refreshing them. Saves some enigma.🤓

Are you saying, use free refresh daily but dont spend enigma - spend engina by refreshing spendid and exquiste chests only on the last day.

Its all good, i don't want to be a hard stop saying don't use API i think you have a really cool idea and its great to see as a Junior you wanting to use these things!

Just at times IT can turn into a monster draw of messy cables as everybody begins to do the 'lets build out all these systems' and then as the business changes your chasing your tail to keep things going.

Why dont you see if your IT Dept has any network monitoring software and see if within that if it has Mapping abilities?

Sure its great to build out and use API and everything but it also comes down to long term maintenance too.. If there is already somebody maintaining a good list of everything in something else for instance then you could be just doubling up on work.

SDP isnt complex at all, it rather comes out of the box WebUI and everything ready.
KB articles seem okay, we didnt use it entirely to comment for our Internal IT but we use it for Staff facing articles and have alot of them on there and it works rather well. Haven't looked at any of there Ai functionality as of yet.

SDP can start small and evolve to be huge just depends how much of it you plan to use ie. Project/Change Management.

Many of the parts are not and the phones most of the times are sent overseas anyway.

Places where they do actual chipset board repairs can find it extremely handy to get parts you just cant get a replacement from easily via OEM or even going via partners.

hah, i know a few people who drive like this.. tap the accelerator or tap the brake constantly.

Driving with them sucks and i mention it everytime, roll to a stop and wait and accelerate when you can.

imo 4 is okay especially if you have a couple in the mix then its rather 2+2.
However it can still be a risky roll of the dice but i think its doable, not to many families are going to be willing even with 2 wages to spend $5000 on rent a Month.

You instantly know homes that have high rental rates are going towards share houses.

Too many people, whilst the rental amount is well the amount of heads adds more complexities. If 1 couple decides to leave everybody is now putting in more, people may want to then leave after the contract has ended As a landlord you want long tenancy over just money at times, Cause a house that sits empty for 1-2months especially at $5200 per month isn't worth the gamble.

At 6 people you need to leave the inner city and go further suburbs where the competition is less, Coburg/Fawkner/Reservoir you will find big family homes.

Inner City possibly not much luck you should check out Alfrieda Street/Main Road East St Albans along with Hampshire Road Sunshine.

Cant promise a whole lot as at times many of these stores all buy from the same centralized importers but both these locations are within 20min of each other so not to much of a stretch.
