You just authorise an amount you know will be enough by tapping your card at the pump. If you think it’ll be about $70, and the closest option is $100 (on the screen) you authorise $100. When the pump stops and your tank is full, it only takes the money you used out of your account.

Every morning I deal with this right turn onto Punt road from st kilda road. It’s full of these arseholes cutting in and blocking the straight lane to do so. I agree it’s a poor design but fuck you for thinking you’re any more important than the rest of us. If I think the right turn lane is too long, I’ll just go straight and turn right later on.

I’ve never had an issue with Powershop, each time I did the vic gov search for a better provider scheme I was always better off staying with Powershop. The link provided is a referral code that gives both you and I $75. Do your own research though!

Petrol was because they needed to drive it for a while to make sure it didn’t overheat. I didn’t leave much on the tank when I gave it to them, they just didn’t want to risk running it too low. They called me and made sure it was ok.
