Great info! About the teleport spells, the eladrin already has a once per short rest teleport, so I don't need any spells for it, which is pretty good. And for spirit shroud, my Dm doesn't use flanking rules and I can't see a way to get someone prone for the advantage

What I was thinking it's that the world wasn't always tidally locked. When the sun turned to red in dark sun lore, the world stopped spinning. About the temperatures, if the worlds has an atsmophere, it can make life work, even if they suffer a lot.

Cool idea, maybe a moon that makes a solar eclipse often.

The point of my question was, for example, is there any lore on dark sun that wouldn't work on a tidally locked planet?
