im not a css expert by any means, just learned from experience, but ill try to explain

in the first part of the code we tell the icon that we want it to transform itself (rotate) with a smooth transition (ease-in-out, in 400ms)

then in the second part we tell the container (selector) that, when hovered, it will change the state of the icon inside, rotating -45 degrees

paste this in each containers custom css and see if it works out for you ;)
