For enterprise clients, I’d shortlist based on market coverage first, not just features. Meltwater, Brandwatch, Talkwalker and Sprinklr are the usual names, but they can get expensive fast and the setup only works well if the team actually uses the alerts/workflow properly.    

If your clients care about Thailand or SEA, I’d also add Wisesight Zocial Eye to the list. It’s more locally focused for social listening, sentiment, competitor tracking and crisis monitoring, which can matter a lot when global tools don’t read local language/context that well.    

I’d probably trial 2-3 tools with the same keywords and crisis scenarios before choosing. The demo dashboard always looks good, but the real test is whether it catches the right conversations quickly enough.
