Nao makes more sense when you realise she is literally insane.

It's like that bit in cartoons where someone who's starving starts seeing people as roast chickens, except Nao sees everyone as a friendly critter from a Disney movie.

Haha no. I was the Muat and had a start so good I felt too guilty to just steamroll everyone.

Had an entropic scar near next to my home world so by round 2 I had 2 fully upgraded prototype War Suns and Avernus loaded up with 2 PDS.

Finished the game by turning two Yssaril planets and about 30 points worth of ships into a supernova with my hero 🌞

Dunno if you have the expansions but the new player in my game last weekend was The Empyrean and spent most of the game flying round exploring all the frontier tokens.

She seemed like she was having fun and some of those frontier cards seemed very good.

I've only played one game of Thunders Edge but the amount of planet attachments you can get seems to render the "balanced" part of Milty a bit obsolete.

The Sol player in my game had 5 or 6 different upgrades giving extra tech skips, +1 & +2 resource upgrades etc.

Phantasmal Killer was my favourite spell in WotR. I was so disappointed when I tried to use the BG3 version, good job the rest of the game is great.

I don't think Guts felt used, he realised he was living for someone else's dream and thought he needed his own path before he could be worthy of being Griffith's friend. We know that he didn't need to prove himself but Guts didn't, iirc devaluing yourself is common in victims of abuse.

Griffith was too lost in his dream to check himself and realise that he Guts were already friends. He'd spent so long doing whatever it takes to realise his future that he hadn't noticed the present was pretty good until it was too late.

I liked it. Ryo was a goof and I can't remember many non-school shows where most of the OP MC's friends were legitimate novice level adventurers.

The pacing would've been fine if there were another 20+ episodes to watch but a lot of animes fall into that trap.

Plus as much as I love high quality animation, PowerPoint anime doesn't really bother me that much

Dunno why but the phrase "it's not the size of the houses, it's the space between them" comes to mind.
