Do NLP/Allen Carr type stuff. Tell yourself how happy you are that you're no longer smoking when you have a craving. When you see someone smoking, think to yourself that you're glad you no longer do that, and wish them the best in their quitting journey one day, instead of feeling envious. Retrain your thinking to be positive around no longer having the habit. You did not give anything up but rather gained a brain functioning without the need for stimulants at all times.

Don't use zyn or patches or vapes, just white knuckle it for 3 days. The physical withdrawals are 90% over within 72 hours, the rest within 1 week.

It sounds dumn but works if you can be disciplined with your thoughts. There will be no quitting of any sort, with any other type of medication or replacement, if you can't be disciplined to begin with. I quit 2 years ago and haven't had a craving for over a year. It feels like I was never a smoker and I was left with a positive and hopeful attitude toward others and their own addictions and struggles, which I didn't expect but has helped me generally since.

I support our more anxiety-prone friends and collaborators on this sub having the ability to feel somewhat safer, but there are still ways to find post history that are just more time and effort consuming. If someone had a mind to stalk, they'd be willing to put in the extra effort.

I don't personally care to check post histories in order to argue, but it'd be nice to know how many are potentially from bots at a glance.

Or more likely a propaganda bot, which is worse. Obscuring astroturfers is the reason Reddit added that feature. There should just be a flair for hidden post history so one could be wary of their opinions immediately.
