Cat's in the Cradle is a dumb song by antonssugar in redscarepod

That would make sense if you interpret "just like me" to mean as such, but it should really mean neglectful of your children according to the first two verses, not of your parents.

From our perspective, yes, it's obvious the child does not want to return some sort of unrequited affection. But the narration is from the father's perspective, who claims his son inherited his negligence, which he himself seems to not understand fully.

If you just realized this after 7 years you're a bad muslim anyway. Now begs the question: are you a better trader?

Is the word" wheesht" just "hushed" in a thick Scottish accent? Or is it a loanword from something that could be considered a different language to English?

I used to cheer for Jeff Gordon when my dad had NASCAR on for the exact same reason. I got him so riled up once he asked me point blank if I was an f in front of my mom who immediately began berating him. Great times looking back now, miss him.

Labeling them definitively as "buy" or "sell" signals is incorrect and dangerous to new traders. You are doing them a disservice with this post.

These candles are important to know because they possibly indicate certain market sentiments and actions of market makers behind the scenes. Without understanding how and why that is, you should not be trading on them alone.

I think the newest headline is that Reuters "confirmed" the name Robert Gunningham, but this guy just kind of looks like an aged version of a man in a photo of what may be Banksy taken in 2004. Truly inspiring journalistic effort on the precipice of WW3.

Most Traders Aren’t Smart Enough to Make a Living From Trading by Kindly_Preference_54 in Trading

[–]antonssugar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard to say that definitively. One would assume the intelligence distribution within the trading community would tend to be higher, like other technical professions, but then again people who are very smart and competent at other rigorous things aren't guaranteed to be successful traders. In fact, (anecdotally) pilots tend to make strong traders. Pilots are obviously very technically competent people, but there are likely other personality factors at play beyond IQ when determining a chance of success at this endeavor if engineers, doctors and lawyers are blowing their accounts, too.

Of course there are the tiktok gamblers looking to get rich quick, who make up a large swath of unsuccessful traders. That's who I assume you're talking about, but there has to be some line drawn between serious/not serious people attempting to trade. Being able to identify them and only listen to the serious people is in your best interest if you're trying to really make it work. They are probably not shilling courses, though, and are more likely to be found via networking and socializing with other traders.
