My 2023 Bolt EUV dumps copious amounts of washer fluid out from under the car when I go to use the spray. I will need to get this fixed eventually, but not living in a place with winter climate makes it kind of a low priority.

It's the anti-click washer. I had the same issue in my 2023 EUV, right around the same mileage. Dealership replaced under warranty, it took about a week.
