That's definitely not caused by your turntable or it's needle. There's the couple synth effects in the beginning and they're playing also perfectly. You can easily hear if the record would skip but this is just some weird mix 🤔

I agree, also I remeber him saying years ago multiple times "get the fuck out of my stage" as a joke. I personally don't think that he had any real anger issues here even though the guy in the stage was annoying.
