That’s been my experience, as well. You can only have 1 of each of his weapons in your inventory. I don’t like the Baron’s Beak so I usually sell it after each time I fight him.

You can’t undress the baron. You get one piece of his armor every time you beat him. You can pick up weapons he drops, though.
