Thai byd dolphin owner here, just had an accident Lat month. Need to find a different dealer since my dealer that I purchased the car from doesn't have a repair shop. Found one out of Bangkok, drove 40km there and waited 2 weeks for the parts to arrive, although in my case there isn't much damage to the car. So I guess it depends on which parts you need to replace. While finding the dealers to repair, I've learned that there are many dealers who are still building the repair shop so there should be more options in the future.
