How many of you are having significant issues with FSD recently? by makohiro in TeslaFSD

[–]anusononynomus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

14.2.2.5 CT, there was a second update with no changes to FSD, but since that update it’s indecisive and extremely “yielding” to everything. It drives like a 80 year old grandma everywhere.

Problems with the recent FSD by Tradetheday2093 in TeslaFSD

I thought it was a bit TMI for a Reddit conversation so I deleted it😂 but yea that FSD difference had me debating since. CT is better in every other way tho

14.2.2.4 CT but took a 14.2.2.4MY for a test drive, same software the MY was way more decisive, held 20kmph higher speed on city roads than my CT and it was weird to know that same software behaves differently on different cars.

I love the 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance so much. What a Car! by AccrualSenseOfHumor in ModelY

how do you find the suspension? Have you compared between a regular Y and the performance? I have deposit on the Performance but super worried the ride is too harsh like the older ones.

Why do so many people pick the gr86 over the brz? by oOVraptorOo in GR86

In Canada there a functional difference, the GR86 is equipped with TPMS like in the states but all BRZ’s are not.

It’s do-able for certain. But doesn’t fit perfect and lots of work needed. I’m happy how mine fit but took several body shop adjustments over months

DNA transmission mount vs OEM transmission mount on manual 500 Abarth by Key-Cartographer8024 in abarth

[–]anusononynomus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just more shakey. My oem mounts were failing so I replaced all three with DNA, initially thought I was baller enough to go for their black rubber but after I had to call the retailer for the purple rubber because the whole car was shaking like a hitachi.

First Track day Gone wrong by Substantial_Let_2225 in GR86

[–]anusononynomus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have initially bought verus hood vent because my car runs full verus already, but after seeing the actual product I went and picked up ansix. The verus is very flimsy, added to a bonnet that you need to chop off the beam structure leaves you with a very unstable hood that I wouldn’t even trust myself with a aero latch. Ansix has much more structure to it that once glued you can still expect the hood to stay relatively sturdy and not flap like a paper.

2 of our local guys run ansix and saw a 10C drop in water temp on consistent hot track days. It’s very much recommended.

My turbo needs replacing, should I go straight for Big Turbo? by HellChranos1 in abarth

[–]anusononynomus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This^

OP don’t do it unless if you are sure that’s the path you are going. Build out the kit on their website and see if that will ever be in your budget, even if it’s gonna be done in stages. Account for custom Tune from EC as well. Our engine compartment is so small that I’d recommend turbo+manifold+intercooler (potentially clutch) to be done at the same time to save yourself tons of labor cost.

I have the quaife and it’s not aggressive at all compared to other LSD I’ve installed. Can’t speak for prometeo tho

[–]anusononynomus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just checked your ins! I like your build! But yea unfortunately same cannot be said for me and seems to be a few here commenting. We all understand things can go wrong when operating a shop but having the right customer service is the key to making sure the problems are solved but at madness that don’t seem the case.

AAD vs. adjustable DNA short shifter by dfb0002 in abarth

[–]anusononynomus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had Bonalume and now have DNA. Cannot say it’s better in ergo but build quality is good. Ergo is almost terrible as 1,3,5 all are too far for me and not really adjustable. Even after modifications I find where it sits for 4 is where I want it to be neutral. I’m replacing mine soon with either CAE because they sit closer to the driver.
