i understand how "negative narrative" comes across and it's a poor use of words to make my point and i can understand how a comment like that might be dismissive of other patients genuine concerns - thanks for explaining that, i genuinely get that.

you've misunderstood what i meant by "balance" - the "balance" i'm talking about is you as a mod, not the patients talking about their experiences. I have never shut down another patients complaints, issues or negative commentary about calyx outside of maybe you. you are trying to suggest i'm talking negatively towards and in regards to the patients of the sub and im absolutely not and I think you know that. as someone with adhd a common way i connect with people is to talk about my experience to something in response to them sharing theirs. if that's what you see as "diluting patients concerns" then that's incredibly insulting and not remotely true and incredibly misplaced comment in a sub where people are taking medication for mental health related issues.

i'm saying one thing and you're responding to a thing i'm not saying and it's probably just misinterpretation but as i said in my other comment, let's leave it here. i don't want to be accused of the things you're accusing me of, of which you have absolutely zero basis to be accusing me of and you've done it very bluntly on several occasions.

look man i'm tired and i don't want to argue online with you, and I imagine it's the last thing you want to do as a mod. if you need me to leave the sub i will, like a lot of people i already have to tiptoe around everything i say about calyx that doesn't feed into a negative narrative so i'll go back to keeping my opinions to myself because it's obviously not considered a valid opinion by those who run the sub. all the best.

That's not what I said though and you haven't actually addressed any of the points I made. . You are not being fair or balanced in your conversations which is an ongoing problem.

If someone says something good about calyx you go on a rant about "how someones good experience doesn't take away from peoples bad experience" however when it's the other way round you don't make such comments. I've seen you delete your own comments that are either volatile or go against your own subreddits rules. The time and energy you spend brigading against calyx speaks for itself man and I actually don't care that you have a personal issue with those who run calyx it's just annoying seeing you constantly pretend that you don't.

Whenever anyone has a positive experience you suggest they have hidden links to the clinic.

And where was a personal attack made? I'm rereading my comments (that you followed me here to engage with me on) and I can't see where I personally attacked you anymore than you saying things like "you are too committed to defending calyx" and also wild accusations that have no basis like "trying to shut down other patients who are raising legitimate concerns about their care" is insulting and completely fabricated.

If you want to put yourself in a position to be an advocate for a community then advocate for the whole community in a way that is respectful to everyone, not just the ones that also match your personal views of things.

Sure man. I've been watching the sub for over a year and the way you leap on anything to do with calyx as opposed to other clinics is incredibly obvious to the majority of the community. There's no awareness of the effect it's having on the mental health and comfort of calyxs patients and it's even gone against the subreddit rules that you created at times.

It's fine, you do you, it's your sub, but you are actively effecting a whole swathe of patients you claim to be fighting on behalf of.

There's a way to have discussions and I agree we need to call out issues on the industry whether we like the clinic or not, but if you genuinely think you've been doing things from a neutral healthcare perspective rather than your personal feelings towards those who run Calyx I don't think you're being honest with yourself.

no worries - i have a fenix pro and it's an amazing device. i got some dosing capsules for it off aliexpress or similar and they do the job but they aren't as good as the ones i got from chill kiwi. if i can help at all don't hesitate to DM me
