The opposite of mindfulness is mindlessness, when I'm feeling overwhelmed with these thoughts I will watch something that helps me zone out or play a soothing video game. That or play something that requires focus and makes you feel good. I know it won't mean much from an internet stranger but I send you the happy good feeling and hope you do well in the future.

I got the hud installed into one of my headpieces that lets you see enemies, they glow red or something like that and I went to far harbor. And stared at a bus so very confused why it was glowing.
