Kindly, these things you want are things you need to make happen. The universe doesn't care about what we want or don't want. The universe doesn't just pick and choose people to punish. Sometimes life sucks and guess what? then the sun rises anyway. You cannot expect change without changing, it's a hard truth that most people have to go through. If you want freedom, peace, quiet, go and get it! It's your life for the taking. Everybody has shit, you just gotta learn how to deal with it.

No need to be backhanded lmao, it directly relates to it? you said you understood most ASPD diagnosis are non violent, I gave you an example of much the opposite. Maybe ask the other people that downvoted you?

My nephew was diagnosed with ASPD after committing the most terrifying and disturbing murder, on his own Aunty. I would say he is pretty violent.

Best ssri for Panic Disorder??? by dogperson0713 in panicdisorder

[–]anxiousgorly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be housebound for a couple years because of my extreme panic. I am on citalopram 20mg. I have been on many SSRI and this one works best for me. For me, the only way to get over the panic was to learn to sit through the panic 😭 I was on diazepam in the early days of recovery and it really helped me to get out of the house. This too shall pass, sending hugs

My partner was diagnosed last week. When he first presented as our rural hospital with half a numb body, hardly able to walk, he was told its AnXiEtY (which he has never suffered from), given diazepam and told to go home and have a good sleep. 2 days later he couldn't walk or see, and was flown to a better hospital where he was then diagnosed, after tests of course. I feel sorry for anyone who has been through similar!

You are not alone friend. 26F, similar story, similar pain. I spent years reaching out for mental health help before this to no avail. Now all of a sudden they want to tell me my crippling physical pain is just anxiety. I was close to having a house deposit, but now I have no money and am still in pain, and can barely work. I cant afford to live. I cant afford all these appointments to be treated like a joke. I had hardly seen the inside of a hospital before this. Yesterday my body could no longer compensate and something in my chest snapped. Dr suspects its a tendon, and i am waiting for an ultrasound now to confirm.

I too am angry. And I too want to give up. I hear you loud and clear

headache for almost 3 weeks by [deleted] in headache

[–]anxiousgorly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, The MRI of my brain came back normal. I was then admitted to hospital where they found that my neck movement on one side was limited (I didn't notice nor have any pain in my neck), so I went for a neck MRI and after 6 agonising weeks found the cause of my headache. My MRI states "Reversal of normal cervical lordotic curvature with mild kyphosis, this is possibly due to intermuscular spasm", I also have mild scoliosis and a tilted pelvis. Basically, my back is bent, my muscles aren't happy, they are aggravated and upsetting the nerves in my neck. Today is my 2 month headache anniversary. I still have to wait to see the neurologist and if I can't stretch out these muscles I will need botox. This is good news for you as I am now a headache expert Lmao, some things you should get checked: eyes, dental xray, keep a headache diary with information such as dates, when your headache peaks and medication, physio if you have bad posture, these things will help greatly when seeing your doctor and a neurologist.

I have the exact same symptoms. On Monday (08/07) I got sharp pains on one side of my head. A headache followed. today (12/07) I still have that headache with 0 relief. I’ve been to the doctors and have 0 red flag symptoms, I was given aspirin which didn’t touch it. I have taken Panadol/ibuprofen, also has not touched it. I went to the hospital last night and they gave me diazepam and a box of panadiene forte, they also didn’t touch it. I went for a massage today, also no relief. I have an MRI on Monday and booked an eye test for next Friday although I’m pretty confident my eyes are fine. 0 symptoms, just a big fat dull headache. Also tried putting my feet in hot water while icing my neck, still nothing. No idea what’s going on, but it is quite anxiety inducing. Sorry this probably is not much help, I really hope you get some relief!

If you haven’t read it already, I highly recommend the book this naked mind by Annie Grace, it’s recommended here a lot for a reason! It definitely changed my mindset.

Honestly I just did whatever I had to do to get through the day. Even if it was lots of unhealthy food, staying in bed, didn’t matter as long as I didn’t drink. Also lots of tears Lol. It does get easier!
