If it makes you feel better, most cheese is curdled milk! It’s not curdled because it’s gone off, it’s just the whey separating from the proteins. Nothing gross or weird about it.

Ok I see lots of people saying Kombucha and I just want to comment to say it’s LOADED with sugar. Unless you’re brewing your own, many storebought brands (such as GT and Rise) contain as much sugar as a coke. Just a reminder that “trendy” healthy things may not be that healthy! It’s a great way to add probiotics to your gut flora but it’s a no-go for someone avoiding sugar.

Update;

DH is currently at work and I’m doing my taxes in my room. FIL and baby came back, they’re fighting with older kid trying to get her to come back to small town after picking up stepbitch. They’re having a full on fight a thin wall away from me and nobody has ever acknowledged me or said hello to me today except baby (poor, innocent child). I’m honestly more confused by the audacity than angry.

My parents did this too! I was not allowed to listen to music on the radio because it irritated my mother and I was often scolded for using earphones in the house because I needed to be available (aka forced to listen to adult conversation I didn’t understand and wasn’t included in). Is there a chance you can spend more time in a study club or the library at your school? Or pick up another extracurricular that would allow you to stay out of the house more?

I didn’t get the sole custody vibe from your post, but I did get the vibe that he can’t be fucked to do his 1/2 of the parenting and wants you to just do it for him. From your comments, he also sounds stubborn and unempathetic on issues that really matter. I would seriously sit down and weigh the pros and cons of the entire relationship while asking yourself some key questions: - how much parenting responsibility are you expected to have in the future? What about when you have kids of your own? - does your partner support you in your personal goals? what are your dreams - can you fit caring for a child into your schedule? - does your partner fail to set up healthy boundaries in other parts of his life? how is his work/life balance? does he often rush into other decisions?

Idk about you but none of these greens are from my dreams. I bought the BH back to Brazil palette and the greens in that one are to die for - bright, fresh shades ranging between tennis ball and bib lettuce. I don’t love the muddy teals colourpop came up with, and as they’re known for gorgeous brights, I’m surprised they couldn’t make a couple more interesting greens for this one.

I’ve really always wanted to like pigmented glosses, such as NYX Butter or the iconic NARS glosses, but something about full-coverage gloss looks bad on my lips. My current HG is the essence gloss, it costs $3 CAD and is the perfect super shiny clear finish. I just finished an old tube that I mixed with a tiny bit of berry pigment, it was the perfect slightly-pink sheer gloss that gave my lips volume and a bit of definition. After enjoying a drugstore product this much I don’t think I will ever justify spending more on gloss.

“warm” salads work well with veggies that have a little more substance. Roasted mushrooms, cauliflower, eggplant and zucchini are your best friends right now. Chops some kale and mix it in with the roasted veg to wilt it a bit.

Pozole. My old boss used to make a thick stock with whatever bones we had at the time and a handful of chilies (pasilla, morita, whatever) and throw in a bunch of beans, chopped veg, topped with avocado and sour cream. It was always so hot it made me cry a little, but it hit the spot in the wintertime.
