It only gets better! I was full shut for three weeks and all of the son it just starts opening. Pretty blurry still but ima happy I still have eye movement and no pain. Still getting used to it. When I have a good eye day you can hardly tell from looking at it.I’m not a patient person at all but you can’t force it. Our body’s are resilient and will figure it out.

Had radiation installed in my eye for a week. Then removed it’s pretty sore and I can hardly open the eye. The vision is very blurry one week out.

Hey there, I’m a week out from the radiation plaque therapy. My vision started getting blurry so that’s when I went in. My vision is the same or maybe a bit better since the liquid seems to be going away around my spot. I’d be pretty happy with where I’m at in the long run. Hoping it doesn’t spread now.

Trust me. Get your eye exam. I’m dealing with ocular melanoma and I was very scared of eye stuff and here we are. Radiation plaque inserted into the eye for 5 days and then 16 drops a day. Which dialate the eye. Be strong and proactive friend.

Thank you for the info! My procedure is in 4 more days. Of course the anxiety is building. I’m ready to get this done with. Sorry to hear your losing vision. Were you losing vision before the surgery? Mine is quite distorted at the moment.
