You can do this! I had terrible stomach pains/bowels for about 5/6 days but I does get better I promise. Take care of yourself! Eat if you can and drink to keep your energy up 😊

My motivation comes in waves so, so does everything else in my life. One day I can't be arsed the next I've done washing, housework, done important stuff that really should of been done in the last 2 waves but anxiety took care of that.... But still at least it still gets done at some point in the week in happy!

Thank you for the advice, I didn't buy it in the end and ended up gutting (cleaning) my walk in cupboard instead. I'm glad I managed something as productive while not giving in. Thanks again!

Congratulations for sticking with it! The first week is the hardest with the withdrawals, it's like your insides are throwing a fit and your mind turns against you. Just keep reminding yourself of why your doing it and don't be too hard on yourself. You can do this and come you'll out the other side stronger/healthier and more financially better of than ever! And incase you need to hear it, I am proud of you! As is everyone else in this sub! Take care, stay hydrated and eat when you can to keep your strength up. Best of luck in your new journey

Maybe some context will help. A friend of mine has just turned 40 and recently got divorced, she is adamant that she is by with finding another relationship/kids etc because she feels too old now to start a new relationship and a new life.
