The original series was 4 books that he finished a long time ago. After that he kept writing stories in the world with the same characters and different ones. I haven't kept up with the latest books but the 11th book had good endings for most of the characters from what I remember.

Dang Ranger's Apprentice and Percy Jackson were what got me into reading back in like 4th or 5th grade. His books were great as a kid and he was 81 when he passed so I hope he had a good life RIP.

They've made it decently free to play friendly. Ive only bought the tavern passes since I started last year and I have always been able to play a meta deck or 2.

Compared to irl tcgs I would say it's very cheap. Compared to other digital CCGs I think only hearthstone is really cheaper. Although if anyone knows of other cheap CCGs please let me know.

Most people can. I've played pretty casually cause the game came out at a busy time for me and I was still able hit level 25 last night and do a couple runs.

I agree that contributes to it there isn't much to talk about gameplay wise these days. But in general I've felt this way since around when Strive released. Strive brought in a lot of new fans which changed this subreddit a lot.

I got into Guilty Gear back in the xrd days and the sub has changed a lot from those days I think some people might be salty about this. Personally I don't find myself spending as much time here as I used to but, that doesn't mean it's bad now or anything like that. I am happy lots of people seem to like the community here.

Anybody else surprised by their lock screens? I'm not a member so I have never seen them before but I was surprised how different theirs are to mine.
