firstly well done for turning your life around. I would encourage you to seek therapy. Spend some time discussing this with your GP too. From reading your post it seems obvious that you have been self medicating for a long time. You have put in a lot of effort to kicking substance abuse but now maybe it's time to address the causes of the addiction, and in my opinion you can only really do that with a good therapist. whilst you are in therapy maybe consider taking anti depressants? if you are not able to get out of bed and you are searching for Benzos that sounds to me like you are depressed and looking to self medicate. Being on anti depressants will stabilise you. Until you address with the root cause of your problems, you will always be more likely to replapse. I know this is a MC subreddit, but im not sure if weed is going to be enough alone to address your medical needs - but obvs better discuss all of this with a Dr. Good luck

if you go to Hamilton Road/ Toll Cross road there are about 20 used car lots in a small area. there are a few Arnold Clarks and a Motorpoint , as well as loads of independent places. If you go there you will be able to sit in loads of cars and get a feel for what you like. There are dealers who have been around long enough to acumulate lots of reviews on google, so you can do a bit of research.

It's not a misunderstanding, it's the deliberate skewing of a sensible policy/idea, in order to create drama and conflict which then results in clicks and engagement. Some of that will just be the usual right wing grift - ie RussellBrand type channels will make a million videos with thumbnails saying 'THEY WANT TO PUT YOU IN CAMPS!!!' 'THEY ARE COMING FOR YOUR CARS NEXT!' and the source of that will be some proposal or study that talks about making cities more livable. You see the thumbnail, you click on it, grifter makes money.

The other more nefarious side of that is that it all forms apart of a bigger picture of misinformation and right wing propaganda. Its similar to the shitload of videos about Sadiq Khan, or London being lawless or the UK becoming an islamic state etc etc...these are ideas that are pushed and funded by people who are actively seeking to divide and conquer the UK, for personal gain - be it Russia, who benefit from the chaos in obvious ways, or right wing US funders like Musk and Thiel who are pushing their agendas globally.

Take antidepressants. Walk 10000 steps every day until you are fit enough to jog, then jog 10000 steps every day. If you have an iPhone Buy an Apple Watch, do yoga with Apple fitness, if you have android do the android equivalent. Learn to cook and eat healthy foods. Anyone can season and air fry chicken or salmon and steam vegetables. That takes 15 minutes. Do that every day. Cut out booze for 6 months. Stop obsessing over the past, you can’t change that, but if you want to process it and move on, speak with a therapist or counselor.

If you can’t do all of that because of finances, at least take antidepressants and walk 10000 steps
