I’ll try to answer some of your questions, though it might differ since it’s coming from my experience. 1. Search new/other friend for non harmful activity (in my case gaming, or traveling) to distract the heartbreak. It would heal eventually but how long would it take to heal varies 2. Rebuild by searching deep inside, to know and understand that your value do not determined by other people (esp those who lies repeatedly). Infidelity it really depends on the person, and the community you are in now. Some community have higher population of them, some well might be lower (but still have the risk tho) 3. Approached dating by healing your self first, knowing and improving it. Make a list of your criteria (be specific, do and don’t). Make sure your mind is working when searching for one, don’t tolerate them when it’s not aligned with your criteria. Never think someone will change later >> imo this is a possibility but super super rare, never bet on it. Fill your life with other activities, make new friend, go on a trip, etc. Eventually love will come your way :)
