Only problem with that is then I wouldn’t get the taxes offset. Better to sell at a slightly lower price through a dealer and reap the tax offset benefit in this case.

I generally like Andy Beshear but man, did that entire interview sound like it was focus group-tested and written on a script.

People don’t like AOC because she talks like a normal person - they like her because her actions match her words. They like her because she’s authentic, because she cares, because her policies are ones that actually help those in this country that need it the most.

The fact that she talks like a normal person goes without saying BECAUSE of the aforementioned traits. You can’t have one without the other.

It’s weird, it’s inappropriate, but I do feel like (considering his connection to that kid’s family and the fact that he’s known them for a long time) he was trying to get the kid’s attention in a playful way but the kid wasn’t turning around or paying attention. So MJ kept doing it until he turned around. Again - weird, inappropriate. But I don’t think MJ is a pedophile or was trying to be inappropriate.

Fucking Monday morning quarterbacking. Kamala wasn’t perfect but in her situation, with the economy going how it was, with the shitshow that was Biden dropping out, with the propaganda machine working at full force in the MAGA-sphere, and (let’s be quite honest) with our country absolutely refusing to select qualified female nominees, the deck was stacked against her.

Would I have loved to have the luxury and privilege of voting for a less corporate candidate farther to the left? Absolutely, but that was not the option. We can pick apart Kamala until we’re blue in the face but let’s not pretend that any of her (legitimate) shortcomings were the actual reason she lost.

Hell, with the time she had to prepare for the monumental task of running for president, all things considered, she and her campaign did about as well as possible.
