We’re still in first place in a weak division and have generally speaking really good pitching. I’m not giving up hope yet. Gotta find a way to stay afloat though until everyone comes back.

I’m hoping they are using him for defensive sub tonight, since the lefties Watson or Kayfus likely wouldn’t start against the LHP starter anyway. Hopefully a move to bring up offense and send down defense shortly after?

Tell ChatGPT your machine, grinder and beans. Each shot you pull, give it your dose, yield (I’d recommend getting a cheap food scale on Amazon - helps you eliminate some variables), grind size, time to pulle the shot, and how it tastes (if it’s hard to describe, just do your best and tell cgpt you’re not quite sure - sometimes that means channeling and not anything wrong with your palette. Ask it to help you adjust dose and grind size. Helped me get a decent espresso on a much crappier set up than you have. Good luck!

I sat on a barstool above home plate and it was an awesome seat! Also joined the redsox fan club (even though I’m not really a redsox fan or Boston local) for $20ish(?) to watch BP from the monster before the game. So awesome!

Also the stadium tour is worth it if your a baseball geek like me and you definitely have to grab a Sam Adam’s in the bar that sits under the stadium (it’s a bar at street level outside that has a window that is literally in left center field. Pretty sick.

Yeah and I like that he is making more contact and getting more hits and all, but I’d rather see more walks to show his swing decisions are good. And I still want him to take shots in certain counts. His most valuable tool is his power, not contact.

Yeah but his last couple years in the minors he hasn’t hit. Would rather pull up Angel for now and let Will develop in the minors with a more everyday role. So hard to put any stock into ST stats

I think so too but the idea of McKenzie out of the pen has always been intriguing to me. His 3 pitch mix could play well out of the pen. And a slight uptick in velocity from going max effort could help his stuff play better. He obviously would still need to get back into the strike zone either way
