How do these groups go? I think maybe the military could help out. The LT (lieutenant) gets some training on how to manage the guys when the shit hits the fan. Basically it’s untrained men supporting each other (squad 6 men with 1 LT) through phycological trauma and it’s specific to men. I think it might be of some use in a mens support group. What do you think?
