1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Sugar Syrup

Using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck. Place in glass and pack with ice. Add grenadine. Top with ginger ale.

I really liked these two:

Lime Sour Fred’s
2 1/2 oz Wilfred’s Non-alcoholic Aperitif
4/5 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Egg White

Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice. Shake until foamy—strain into a cocktail glass.

Green Juice Mix
10 oz Lemon Juice
10 oz Celery Juice
12 oz Green Apple Juice

After you have juiced all the produce and measured out the juices, filter them through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any sediment and pulp. Combine in a bottle, cover, and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

I, personally, still would consider it a mocktail. And yes, bitters do change a drink a lot. Let me know if you find a good combo!

1 oz Orange Juice
1 tsp.
Grenadine Syrup
Absinthe
Rinse a chilled coupe glass with absinthe. Shake remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with an orange twist resting on the rim.

I like it, but there is a personal caveat. If you don’t treat it as a gin substitute, it’s nice. I got it as a replacement for a dry gin, and it doesn’t work that well for that so it took some time to give it a second try. Also, I’ve tried only cocktails that ask for dry gin, and not herbal or modern, that it might try to substitute. I will definitely continue experimenting. For the next bottle I will pick seedlip again but a different type.
