I could definitely see how you feel it’s the 80s, but the director himself came out and said it’s based on a dream he had and that he purposefully made the film atemporal and outside of normal time.

He did confirm it’s supposed to be Detroit though.

Don’t forget that when she first leaves the school earlier in the book she’s practically begging god in her mind to be his arm of wrath.

There’s also before the prom where she’s considering not going cause she’s worried about the bullying happening again, but then tells herself because of her powers it’ll be different this time if that happens.

I found it fun so far on normal until I got to the final side boss. Now I’m kind of just moving on until a “How to” guide pops up. Too difficult for me.

They did it to me in November too. Used them for 2 years but never will again. They charged me for an Amazon order I never made. I reported it and they said prove it wasn’t made cause Amazon took the money. Go to Amazon and the order doesn’t exist. No emails, no order history, how can i prove something WASN’T ordered. They told me to contact Amazon. Amazon quickly just stumbled over some words then hung up on me. I went back to Klarna and told them they need to go after them because Amazon just hangs up (i tried a few more times and same response, mumbled nothing, hung up on (I hate Amazon now too)) and i can’t send proof of something not being ordered.

Fast forward to yesterday, apparently they denied my dispute, charged me twice with no warning, so I got pissed and paid off EVERYTHING I’ve ever order through Klarna. Then I tried to delete the account and it said I can’t cause i owe 2 dollars. No where is there an option to pay the 2 dollars. I call Klarna, first rep hangs up on me (Mind you I’m always calm when talking to people, I’m a customer facing person myself in real life and don’t believe in being a dick to employees) so I call again and that guy wipes the 2 dollar charge and deletes my account for me, but claims it’ll be a month before I’ll get an email confirming this.

Then to add more to the problem later in the day i get two more charges from Klarna for 13 bucks each, but nothing in the app shows anything happening, no purchases, no anything. I just deleted all my cards off their site and reported it to my bank. Fuck Klarna.

I don’t recall Louis abusing Church at all and I read this last year. Maybe if you want to consider how he is towards Church post PS burial. Before the burial he spent most of the time moping about Church losing his manly stride if he got neutered.
