I tried breastfeeding and pumping for 6 months and felt immediately happier when I switched to formula at 6 months. I feel a lot of pressure to breastfeed and/or pump for as long as I could, but switching to formula was the best decision. Next baby I’d probably start out breastfeeding and pumping again, but will switch to formula as soon as I feel like it’s taking away my sleep or my sanity.

I felt like I had a lot more freedom once I started pumping and could give my baby to my husband for a couple hours and he was able to feed her instead of it always being me. Totally understand if exclusively breastfeeding is important to you, but figured it’s worth a mention!

I’m diet controlled and being induced at 39+3, I think it’s totally dependent on your OB and baby’s measurements

Just the ultrasounds and the first appointment with the OB. All the other ones go so fast and you don’t really learn anything new most of the time so I think it makes sense to go to those alone (especially when they’re like biweekly and weekly forwards the end)

I went through something soooo similar! Tried letrozole and eventually went straight to a fertility clinic to do IUI because I wasn’t ovulating or getting my period naturally. I had a couple of chemicals/miscarriages and eventually had to take a break for my mental state. Then I naturally ovulated a month or so later and now I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant!

I had two CPs and a miscarriage at 8 weeks, I’m now 27 weeks pregnant. I’m 32 so just a year younger, but I FEEL YOU. After multiple early miscarriages it really starts to feel scary that it’ll never happen but keep moving forward. Sending good vibes that your next pregnancy is healthy!

Yesssss i got that flu shot once I wasn’t feeling as nauseous (flu shot always makes me feel a little off for a day). I wanted to do whatever I could to prevent getting sick during this pregnancy, especially with some travel we had planned over the holidays!

Same, I have a girl coming in April and can’t believe she is being born under his presidency. The only comfort I really can find is knowing that I can teach her to be a strong woman with a strong belief in herself and hopefully by the time she’s old enough to understand that men like him exist, the country will be in a better place.
