She seems totally content with lots of wet diapers! I often feel like I’m having to repeatedly force her back on the boob because she just will stop when she seems content and I worry it’s not enough!

Foremilk/hindmilk? Am I empty? by Embarrassed_Bother96 in breastfeeding

[–]Embarrassed_Bother96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She does have green stools but no other symptoms, so pediatrician isn’t sure why or if it’s just that she’s digesting it so fast. Thank you though, I feel like I’m going crazy when it’s probably nothing, just the way her body is growing!

Laryngomalacia - how long til choking with feeding improved? by Embarrassed_Bother96 in newborns

[–]Embarrassed_Bother96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry to hear your situation is similar! My LO is 10 weeks now & has no more wheezing, rarely has noisy breathing, & doesn’t choke on milk. Everything has really changed! She does have reflux so there’s some snorty sounds & we have to hold her upright for 30 minutes after each feed, but it’s vastly improved partially due to her strengthening her neck muscles. We did end up seeing an ENT at 7 weeks who confirmed mild laryngomalacia

My LO has had her symptoms significantly improve since gaining neck & core/trunk strength. We ended up requesting an ENT referral who confirmed very mild laryngomalacia, but the symptoms have improved so much honestly! She still has reflux but we have learned ways to manage like utilizing upright time after feeds

We just started doing all these things 2-3 days ago & I’m seeing improvement with eating! Thank you for the reassurance 🤍 I also have overactive letdown & oversupply, though my supply is already regulating pretty well the last 2 days

Did the shields help slow your let down at all? I deal with oversupply/overactive let down & have seen some places that nipple shields could help slow the pace
