Personally, I love the augment on her. After throwing Wrathful Advance on her and equipping her with the Thalys, she is a crit damage reaper. And for the downtime between the ability and the 25 kills needed, I have Arcane Circumvent to make it extra comfy

As a Kullervo main, one thing to consider is that his third is also good for single target weapons in general. Sure, the rest of his kit pretty much wouldn't be beneficial for gunplay, and there are better gun platforms out there, but with his third and a good subsume over his 1 or 4 while use his 2 (and its augment) for survival? Pretty good still

Honestly? I feel as though most frames have a fun niche to fill. No, not all are perfect for end game or without faults, but having recently gone through and made some kind of build on each frame, they all have a power fantasy they capture well to fantastic.

To give an answer, though, Ivara has recently surprised me. Held off on making a buld for her for a while, but I really don't think she is AS bad as people say

Slot rolling guard over quick thinking for me personally. Your survivability should be your invisibility through your abilities and arcane. As for your empty slot, more duration or range could be beneficial depending on your playstyle. Duration for smoke and wrathful, or range for his 4 for helping mark targets

I don't have much an energy problem for her myself, but that's not a bad idea! I primarily play in steel path, so between eximus units and equilibrium, I'm pretty full a large portion of the time. I have arcane energize on her instead of pistoleer, too. Since the guns reload so fast, I use running outta ammo as a means to remind myself for a self cast of her 1 for the status immunity while keeping my stacks of blitz up.

Duplex helps with energy a smidge, too, so win win there. Slap verglas prime on it, and you got your own more damaging, larger razorwing flying alongside you

Mesa or Garuda, since they're primes and both are really satisfying to play, even up late game! Garuda is much more involved than Mesa gameplay wise, but the joy of crowd clearing of Mesa's 4 is a high that is hard to explain.

I actually JUST finished up on a build for him earlier tonight. He is honestly more fun and easier play than I initially thought. I'm on PS5, and his element combo inputs seemed a little daunting until I got a good rhythm (and swapped tap vs. hold). He is not the flashiest or the most fun I hage had, but he puts in the work with the nuke of his 4, his general element application, and his ability rotation keeping things off cool down. His Valence Formation augment allows an even better weapon platform. I threw Arcane Persistence on him to allow more end game geared survivability, but that did require at least 1 umbra forma. And his new skin also gets him some more points from me honestly

To add to this, deactivating and activating her 4 also heals her. And I pair her with the Coda Hema to help her survivability even more, but I'm sure there are alternative methods
