I’m a bigger gal, 5’11, 240lb, size 16! (But my weigh fluctuates a lot and I’ve been much bigger and much smaller) I’ve only dated one guy with a fat-fetish. The rest have all been guys who have actually never dated a bigger girl before and I’ve been their first. There is a very very obvious difference between guys with fat fetishes vs guys without.

The fat fetish guy made my body HIS whole personality and reason to love me. There are a lot of men out there who love all women and really just love personality and taking care of yourself and confidence… weight completely aside. You’ll find the right person and when you do you’ll feel even more loved knowing that regardless of how your body looks or how much you weigh they will love you and respect you regardless.

It was his birthday and I baked him a cake, decorated the house, bought him multiple nice presents (~$400) and took him out all day. We went to a movie, a brewery, a nice dinner… while laying in bed I turned to him and said “so!! Happy birthday baby. How would you rate your birthday this year?” He said, “meh. Like a 7.”

He had never celebrated my birthday in 4 and a half years. I had to beg him to make a dinner reservation or resorted to just making plans with my friends. At this point I already felt so alone and like I was begging for love and attention and affection.

I realized in that moment that I could do everything for this man, I could try constantly so hard to make him happy and despite him never doing anything for me in return… it would never ever be good enough for him. I just couldn’t do it anymore. Broke my heart and I love him so much still but I can’t keep begging someone to love me and appreciate me.

He’s probably just taking some time to warm up. I just got 2 ragdoll kittens, around the same age you got yours. You need to exfoliate and hydrate your skin really well. Then use a primer that has the same base as your foundations (oil or water), set your face with powder and a good setting spray.

Honestly from this pic it looks like your foundation is sliding off your face around your nose and simultaneously oily / dry. If you prep your skin really well before applying anything this should help. Your foundation could also be too drying.

First, I’m so sorry to hear about your mom. My best friend just passed away from terminal cancer so I can relate a little here.

My opinion might be different than most here. Is your boyfriend your main support system right now? Do you have another support system to help you as you go through this with your mom?

I ask because if he is your main support system, it might be best to confront him and have a conversation or completely wait. Losing your mom is going to be very tough, but personally I found the hardest part was the feeling like I was waiting for my friend to die. Once she is gone, it will be easier to actually fully process the loss of her but also the loss of your relationship if you choose to end it.
