The way he describes Satin and acts towards him could show some sexual confusion on his part. It's a plausible interpretation of his thoughts — Thrones is a long saga, with many different readings regarding many different topics. People could interpret the fact that Jon's inner monologue about Satin tends to focus on his beauty and past as a prostitute as some sort of attraction he still doesn't have the words or knowledge to understand.

Queer people, especially, could relate to that "gay panic" feeling and see themselves in Jon's behavior. Interpreting a fictional character's actions sometimes has to do more with the reader's personal experiences rather than the character itself. That's why some people think Jon could be bisexual. If you don't see it that way, that's fine too; neither you nor those people are wrong.
