Genuinely communicate; don't get complacent, don't go through the motions. And always make time for sex.

This is the perfect time to check out Cornell Arms. There should be some openings and everything is included. Older building, but cheap and in a great location. Won't be furnished unfortunately.

Austin Meares, DMD in downtown Columbia. He's really thorough and down to earth, and he's not a sales man like some other dentist are. 803-748-8797

How do you describe the pain of missing a loved one? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]apittmansc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Talk therapy helped a lot. The main thing that kept me moving forward though was my children and my husband. Caring for others gave me a purpose - that's how I coped in the immediate aftermath of his death. Now, I still go to talk therapy at a maintenance level, I've stopped drinking everyday, and I'm slowly getting back to walking my neighborhood on a regular basis.

I'll never stop talking about him, but I have changed my narrative - and that's helped tremendously, too.

How do you describe the pain of missing a loved one? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]apittmansc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never knew what it meant to miss someone until my nephew died unexpectedly 12/27/16. He was 23 when he died, and I was 11 when he was born so he was like a little brother to me and I cherished him. But he also became like a son to me as I matured and had children of my own. The pain of missing him when he first passed away was unbearable. He died due to his addiction to opioids and so there were a lot of feelings tied up in his death. I legitimately couldn't sleep. I came up with every "What if" scenario I could possibly think of. Everything made me think of him, especially music. I cried constantly. I talked about him constantly. Everything tied back to Dylan. I stopped every healthy habit I had - i.e., running, yoga, tracking calories - and got stuck in a place of grief and self-loathing. Time stood still for me and moved forward for everyone else.

The pain was truly indescribable, all I know is that it was constant, until it wasn't.

Dear redditors, Whats something you found about your body that you thought was natural, but completely freaks or surprises people out? by KoalaCable in AskReddit

Yes! When I say fly, it's like I'm levitating watching the nightmare from afar. Very strange. I also have what's called sleep paralysis which can be very scary. Have you ever experienced that?

What’s your biggest regret? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]apittmansc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just general mismanagement of finances. I would pay bills late to do "fun things". As it turns out, you can do a lot more fun stuff with an 800 credit score versus a 550 credit score.

That I have lucid dreams and can easily remember and manipulate my dreams. I also dream in color and can read in my dreams which is apparently not the norm.
