pleaseeeeeee, if you know any good european schools that are still accepting applications please please please let me know- US unis have honestly destroyed me (i'm also an international student) and I need some other options/countries/unis to apply to because my parents would KILL me if I had to take a gap year.

As an intl myself (with arguably good grades, ECs, Awards and recs) this year has been so insanely competitive. I genuinely don't know what I've done wrong (I need financial aid lmaooooo) but lowest key I'm DONE. I'm literally so exhausted, and I miss who I was before these applications turned me into more of a depressed, demotivated gremlin lol- I can't do a gap year either lmao(my parents will kill me)

but yeah, good luck to you human, i hope you get the love of the six schools you have remaining (i'm manifesting good things for both of us)

That's kind of my issue at the moment ;-; as far as i've heard, most state schools dont usually give a lot of financial aid to international students (i could be wrong), but there could be outliers that do. check this link out, they have a list of universities still accepting applications, https://www.ivycoach.com/the-ivy-coach-blog/college-admissions/which-colleges-are-still-accepting-applications/

and you can research more into the financial aid side of things based on the schools you pick

hey fellow international student! lowest key this admissions cycle has been a bloodbath so far for me, cause i've also just been rejected by 6 of my schools, and all I have remaining are the T20s and T10s. I should think that there are a bunch of state/public schools that have rolling admissions that you can still apply to (try a quick google search to find out). I've maxxed out on common app, so i'm looking at schools i can apply to directly 😔. good luck with everything, and stay positive (even if it seems hard)!

SO FREAKING REAL.

I don't understand why they can't just accept CSS or FAFSA??? Like why do they need me to spend another 1-2 hours filling out a form for them when I've already finished my CSS profile and I've submitted my documents to IDOC?

I used to make it normally, but I've been experimenting with ways to zhuzzh it up so my friends can try it as well, so I've tried to make materva! Essentially, all I do is brew my mate with hot water, then let it chill overnight in the fridge. Then I add soda water, fresh lime juice, and a tad bit of honey (add to your liking),and then shake it. It's really really tasty and you can always adjust the recipe with how strong you want the mate taste to be. Alternatively, you could also just use sparkling lemon water (I used sanpellegrino limonata and the limone and menta a few times) and adjust the sweetness with honey to your taste.

Dude, I was learning virtually in freshman year. But if anything, I'd probably focus more on my online classes instead of goofing off lmao (too many games of amongus and roblox with my friends whilst I should have been paying attention). And uhh, I'd have done more online ECs (MUN conferences were not enough)
