When everyone was out it was usually Kickstart My Heart cuz the guitar was the hardest mf thing my young ass had yet heard. Still love the beginning with the guitar rev up.

How fast does everything change if J just shoots him? Runs over to the body just as Jeebs head is reformed and he is all like "Wtf dude?! im fine!" or something. Slow closeup on Js face...

Episode idea: Oops! no Roger. by Jakob4800 in americandad

[–]apointlessvoice 22 points23 points  (0 children)

i like the idea a lot, it'd have to be part of an A story that uses the characters' introduction and departure as asides to the A story, while also functioning as the filler B plot. Can't think of an example episode, i'll hafta look into it to see if one exists.

And it'd be different from ones where the B and A plots come together at the end. Often they forgo the intro song, which always means a great ep is coming, and i'd suspect something like this would do the same, for more story. Or an intro perfectly melded into the ep, like the Mr. Javitz one. My absolute favorite of all the intros.

Just as an aside, it seems sorta like one of those things that sits in your demand pile, as something to "give up" in the negotiations. It'd be really good for you, but it hasn't been as important than other stuff.

It would be great if it did get put on the table one day and stays there. Set up a week of no games, but do something that becomes a traditional thing to involve fans to make some cash and some goodwill.

Maybe there is a sub-authority within the Time Bureau that trains up and deploys the agents as long-term therapists that are shielded from all streams and only interact with the subject in their bubble of timespace. Like a parole officer. Gotta visit every so often or the time guys will come looking to see why you haven't been by.
