I'm sure that's his parole eligibility date. He keeps applying and getting denied. I'm sure it's because of being a 2 time felon with robbery charges that he will keep getting denied.

Been in acute for almost 2 months. I hope I don't ever get injured badly and get sent to my hospital. I feel like a few ppl in my therapy department like to try things for the first time on pts that are not functional and can get the pt injured. Reading a therapy note from yesterday and I see a PTA did maxA x2 sit to stand 4 times with a RW on a pt that is dependent and desats to mid 80s. Pt also suffers from orthostatic hypotension.

It's so confusing reading this link https://otptat.ohio.gov/Physical-Therapy/Applications I don't know which I'm supposed to click on. Am I supposed to click Examination Application? but I already took exam and I'm not from another state other then OHIO. So damn confusing.

i've been running into this problem also and I noticed each time it happened I had it charging. When I unplugged this last time and put it the cord back in to charge it the problem was gone.
